2. Services
Arvelane provides outsourced business support including e-commerce, administration, customer service, social media and website/digital support, delivered remotely on a retainer or pay-as-you-go basis as described on our Pricing page. Specialist projects are scoped and quoted separately.
3. Retainers, hours and payment
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance; pay-as-you-go work is billed as agreed.
- Hours are tracked transparently and reported monthly; retainer hours are for use within the month.
- Additional hours are agreed with you before being incurred.
- [Add payment terms, invoicing schedule and late-payment terms.]
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely information, feedback and the system access reasonably required to deliver agreed work, and to hold appropriate rights to any materials supplied to us.
5. Confidentiality & data
We treat client information as confidential and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Access credentials are used only as needed to deliver agreed services.

On payment, deliverables created specifically for you become yours, excluding our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. Third-party assets (such as stock imagery or fonts) remain subject to their own licences.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your service agreement. [Have this section reviewed professionally before publication.]
8. Cancellation
Retainers roll monthly and may be cancelled or changed with notice as set out in your service agreement. [Specify notice period, e.g. 14 or 30 days.]
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
